[Kde-nonlinux] building kde 3.3

I am running Openbsd 3.4+GCC 2.95.
following the directions in http://developer.kde.org/build/compile_kde3_2.html
I have built the multithreaded version of QT 3.3.2 in /usr/local/qt
I am now trying to build kde 3.3 in directory ~kde33/KDE33 into which
I have downloaded all the source for kde 3.3
When I run ./configure for ARTS-1.2.92, neither the
png library support nor the multi-threaded Qt support is found
and ./configure aborts.

Here is the relevant portion of my .profile:

export QTDIR=/usr/local/qt
export KDEDIR=~kde33/KDE33
export KDEHOME=~kde33/KDE33

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$QTDIR/lib:/usr/lib:$KDEDIR/lib

export MANPATH=$QTDIR/doc/man:/usr/local/man:/usr/share/man:/usr
/X11R6/man

What do I still need to fix to build kde 3.3 ?
