Your patches appear to be for pre5.  I'm using
libnl-1.0-pre6-fix1.tar.gz from http://people.suug.ch/~tgr/libnl/.  The
knetworkmanager source I'm using (svn revision 739379) asks specifically
for 1.0-pre6.
