Yes, afaik phase two auth support has been added in 0.6.5 and was not 
available before. There are some constants and macros that are only declared 
in NM 0.6.5 headers, so there are two options:

- make NM 0.6.5 a requirement for KNM 0.2 (imo not a bad thing, since 0.6.4 is 
already several months old)
- only compile phase two auth support (is there anything else that requires 
this version ?) if 0.6.5 is detected
