Unsermake is not being developed any more but it's the preferred build system 
for KDE 3 apps.

I'd do make -f... in any case, then you get an Unsermake build or autotools 
build from the same tarball.  

I just asked Adrian and he says that kde-common/release/pack is used to create 
tarballs from SVN, but you should ask coolo or Beineri for the details if you 
want to use that.
