It's me again, the guy with the same two alsa cards:) The idea with counting the drivers wasn't bad, but counting trough instance variable wasn't working. So this patchs moves the counting QMap do anonymous namespace and register,unregister functions to `.cpp` so they can use it.

This fixes the inability to work with the second card.
