Help wanted to evolve KDEs music players

OK you're right, theoretically every music player could read that. But
this is the Baloo specification to store it there.
The Freedesktop specification, using the tags that fit the media type is
here: [0]

I think using the Taglib Extractor, this rating could be read by Baloo
and set as the rating property.

Integration into activities could make sense for a player, although we
actually wanted to keep the feature set low and now so many ideas come
up ...
