Testing
-------

1. set default-server=localhost:1234 in ~/.config/pulse/client.conf 
2. killall pulseaudio
3. kmix tries to reconnect after 50, 100, 200, ..., 6400, 12800, 12800, 12800 ms
4. remove default-server entry from client.conf or point to some existing pulse socket
5. kmix reconnects

1. set noautospawn=yes in client.conf
2. killall pulseaudio
3. kmix tries to reconnect
4. manually start pulseaudio
5. kmix immediately reconnects
