devices removed?

ahoy
Yesterday I introduced a couple of changes to phononserver (kded
module managing a device cache like database of ALSA devices) that wil
reduce the amount of bogus "a device was removed" windows appearing in
PulseAudio setups.
BUT alsa setups will still experience issues. I was able to reproduce
one bug [1] that is IMO in libasound but I cannot really confirm it,
it's also a bit of an RNG issue as at least I have not been able to
reliably reproduce this (supports my thoeory that it's a
reentrancy/threading thing with libasound).
Plain alsa users please get phononserver from master and use
kdebugdialog to activate all debugging. When the weird window appears
please check your .xessions-errors for phononserver output and attach
all of it to [1].
Also if someone is running libasound 1.0.26 or 1.0.27 I'd love to get
some information on whether those also have random device windows
popping up (there ought to have been a major reentrancy fix in at
least .27 possible even .26).
