Phonon is not compiling

This is caused by a defective CMake, or more precisely it's Automoc.
If you downgrade (or if Alex's patch made it in, then upgrade), then
it should work again.

This is what broke all Phonon and Frameworks builds on build.kde.org
about a week or so ago.
