Phonon GStreamer 4.6.0 released

The Phonominals are happy to announce the immediate availability of phonon-
gstreamer 4.6.

This is a feature release, which includes a number of improvements:

* Gapless playback
* Improved subtitle support
* CDDA support
* A much improved internal design involving playbin2 instead of a handcrafted 
gstreamer pipeline.
* Lots of other little things
