Phonon-GStreamer 4.6 RC1 (4.5.90)

Hello, all!

The Phonominals are pleased to announce the first release candidate for the 
revamped GStreamer backend for the Phonon multimedia library.

This version includes a substantial rewrite of the pipeline building, 
resulting in GStreamer's own playbin2 handling all the heavy lifting. As such, 
things will be more stable, extensible, and most importantly, maintainable.

If things go according to plan, the full release of 4.6.0 will be before the 
end of the month. Lots of things were changed, so please go out there and 
test!
