Currently most software uses the cmake finder anyway, but we could
easily enough provide cmake config files (just like now) even when
using qmake, really cmake config is just pkgconfig cloned so that
people have more work :S

And it will be at least 300 years until KDELibs (thus Phonon as
requirement of KDELibs) can depend on it :(
