Randa: GIT migration plan for KDE Multimedia

Discussion results from randa:

KDEMM is going to be fully split into different repositories, because
there is little inter-application dependency + it is the git way of
doing things + it tears down imaginary walls between kdemm (the
module) apps and multimedia apps built using KDE technology by the KDE
community (think kdenlive/amarok).
