Phonon VLC 0.4 branched

Ahoy!

Phonon VLC 0.4 is now branched as '0.4'.
Master targets 0.5 and will probably migrate to a new lib I have been working 
on [1]. This is primarily to make it easier to resolve state-scope-issues 
where the Phonon graph represents a more general scope than we can model using 
libvlc. To properly match these two we need to wrap especially the 
libvlc_media_t instances into a class that takes care of object movement and 
state chanages.... blah blah :P
