Amarok + PulseAudio: volume control changes global volume

It won't lower your sound card volume below what it was before.

Things might get a little screwy if the unnamed MSN client isn't using
pulseaudio. But overall this is a pulseaudio issue, Phonon is now just
behaving more correctly with Pulseaudio.
