phonon and video capture

As far as I know there is currently nobody working on capturing. A thread on 
this list froom February 29th suggests that Matthias is probably working on 
audio capture though.

I guess that he would really like it if somebody had a look at video capture, 
however I cannot estimate if this wouldn't be too much work for SoC. But you 
are the one with previous experience in this field :)
