Can't play mp3's in noatun or juk

You need to install mp3 playback packages for aRts, which is not installed by
default on Ubuntu IIRC. I don't use Ubuntu myself so I don't know the exact
name so you may want to look on the ubuntu forums or something because you're
surely not the only one with this problem.
