This came from a discussion between Ade and I on IRC last week.  There was a 
comment that the MM guys hadn't seemed all that enthusiastic thusfar and I 
followed up that we hadn't even discussed what the meeting would be about.

We've already been asked to confirm our attendance or not, and I can imagine 
that in some cases what is on the docket is relevant to that.  Hence, this 
mail.  The exact times aren't particularly important, but some of the content 
is.
