removing mpeglib from 3.5

Does anything link directly to mpeglib?  And would anyone object to me 
removing it for 3.5?

To any of the BSD guys on the list, did aKode ever start working properly 
there?  (IIRC they were defaulting to mpeglib after the first release with 
aKode).

We just seem to have an issue or three per release related to mpeglib and it's 
neither used nor maintained at the moment.
