Some topics from the top of my head:
- "Desktop" mixer
- perhaps a (short) review of the API
- how to do configuration
  - what GUIs should we provide (we should perhaps consult usability people 
for that part)
  - more?
- I'm looking for helping hands, so this might be a good time to get 
interested people up to speed

I'll try to cover my work with the talk. The only bad thing about it is, that 
the talk will be at the end of my stay. :-(
