If you look at bugs.kde.org you will find that the only one who knows a bit 
about arts beeing network-transparent is the master-of-arts Stefan 
Westerfeld. And he isn't very busy with aRts the last times...

Sorry, if you are that deep inside arts beeing network transparent as I think 
you are, then you are the current-available expert for that topic. :-)
