I am not using the GStreamer backend, so mpeglib it is then.
I'm wondering why it would need to resample, my CMI8738, whilst not capable of handling all sample rates, can handle both 44100 and 48000 (I'm using ALSA drivers for it, and do not have aRTs locked at a specific sample rate).
