Hello,

As the previous administrator, I'm happy to announce that Scott Wheeler (well 
known by everyone of us) will be the new administrator of the list.

As you know, I've been quite busy in the last months and Scott will for sure 
bring some more activity and higher responsiveness as admin.

As I expect to have a bit more of time from the next weeks on, I'll still be 
the "backup" for Scott in case he's out of reach and there's some urgent 
needs or something, but you should consider Scott the new mailing list 
administrator for all the purposes.
