How do I get Kamera to work with my Nikon Coolpix 5000, in KDE 3.2.3

I have a Nikon Coolpix 5000, supported by Kamera in KDE afaik.

I have USB support and SCSI, I can even mount the camera with "mount -t 
vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera" but I can't figure out how to make it work 
in KDE Kamera and/or Konqueror.

What should I do?
