Well, here too -- I can take care of the JuK side of things if this goes in...  
Once JuK cuts over to using TagLib this should be about a 5 line change.  ;-)  
(Though there would obviously have to be more changes in TagLib.)

No -- I was only halfway motivated on this since I really don't like the idea 
of having different features for different backends.

Probably reasonable -- since what I've got on the feature plan will require 
rewriting some of this stuff anyway, I'll look at it then.

I'll take a look at the file format once it's relevant.  At this point I'm not 
scared of much.  :-)  (Note that TagLib doesn't rely on the Xiph.org libs, so 
if it's in the file we can get to it.  :-) )
