I tested it and I think thats great! But I have some additions: There is a bug 
#61630 (http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61630) where someone asks if the 
autosuspend-option can be disabled if full-duplex is selected since 
autosuspend isn't working then.
And there are several bugs requesting for the startup-volume and in #61150 an 
option for artsd and artsshell was requested and implemented. I think these 
options should be made available from the ControlCenter too, but I don't have 
a clue where...
