Sound System Control Center Module

Hi,

After a lot of discussion in the usability list, the attached patch was 
proposed for the Sound System Control Center Module. It tries to simplify the 
configuration of the server to the most. Any objections?

One more thing: shouldn't the "Sound & Multimedia" Control Center category be 
renamed to "Multimedia" only, as multimedia includes sound?
