artswrapper question

Hi,

I've recently found that because artswrapper was not suid root on my machine, 
realtime priority did not work. I may be wrong, but isn't the artswrapper 
role to start artsd with realtime priority? If so, is there a special reason 
for it not to fail or warn the user?
