artsspc 1.0 Beta 2

Using the power of ITC 1.1, I've made a Beta 2 release of my SPC 
PlayObject.  SPC files are dumps of the music programs from SNES games 
(SPC refers to the SPC-700 DSP that handles the SNES audio).  You can get 
some at http://www.zophar.net/zsnes/spc/

Beta 2 should have nailed all the deadlocks. The libspc isn't modular yet, 
though, so the behavior of the PlayObject is undefined when more than one 
SPC at a time is opened.  I've tested with kaboodle and mpeglibartsplay, 
and all seems well.

This PlayObject wouldn't be possible without the libspc written by AGAWA 
Koji for his spcxmms.  (The library is included in artsspc, so there is no 
need to install that first.)
