The artsd CPU overload detector is great!

I dusted off a half-finished playobject this weekend, and sure enough, it 
was still buggy, using lots of cpu all the time, and in fact going into 
some infinite loop once I hit stop in kaboodle/mpeglibartsplay.  The 
overload detector saved me a reboot.  What's even better is that it's not 
triggering during normal playback, but only during the wrong behavior.
