Correction; I'll use 1.0.6 for arts, because I want to use 3.1_alpha1 not 
3.0.6 for the rest of kde. This way it'll be more continous with arts-1.0.0 
through 1.0.2 which we have from kde 3.0.x. Well, that should do it.
