PATCH: proposed changes to KPlayObjectFactory/KPlayObjectCreator

Hi,

to give you some more fan service, I post two patches that implement the 
proposed patches in KPlayObjectFactory/KPlayObjectCreator, including a patch 
to kaboodles Engine so that you can see how the Interface is meant to be 
used.

I know that there's quite some uglyness in this approach, namely that the 
PlayObject is not being created by KPlayObjectCreator::create(), so that you 
cannot immediately call "play" after create(), and I'm open to suggestions, 
but I really don't want to keep the current enter_loop() approach that opens 
the door for many, many bugs due to reentrancy.
