Added a directory for testing stuff of mkretz and akrille. Anyone else is invited to test and commit too...

It holds at present a stable DualMonoCompressor (its simply two mono-compressors inside a stereoeffect) for using your laptop as a mobile Effect (I did this already) and some tries of aRts-cascading, currently for MIDI gut possibly Audio in the future too...
