The attached patch adds native support for the Video window in Noatun. Don't
use it with the Simple plugin (yet), I have to modify Simple to support this.
Things remaining to fix before release with the Xine plugin:
- Clear the config file for Xine, and it somehow thought it appropriate to be
painting to my display via OpenGL (not Xshm)
- My new code makes the window very small by default. I don't know how to
fix this.
- Xine takes 40% of my 192mb of ram, and I won't get it back once I'm done
playing the video. Perhaps the Xine artsplug should fork, and transfer the
audio to aRts via shmem.
- The audio is ahead of the video by 3 or 4 seconds (aRts is only ahead of
the sound card by 250ms here)
