Did you try to recompile the xine aRts plugin after installing xine 0.9.13? 
There is a bug in the xine aRts plugin that requires it to be compiled with 
the same xine libraries and header files that are dynamically loaded at 
runtime.

It still seems to work with Kaboodle here (no crashes), but Noatun doesn't 
work anymore with the ogg- or the xine plugin. They both cause a crash in 
libnoatunarts.so after upgrading to gcc-3.2 (Red Hat Limbo (beta)).

Is it possible to use this new compiler (gcc-3.2) for compiling KDE-3.1?
Are there any known problems?
