definitions and package for plasma on meego

plasma-mobile has been packaged - at least for Ubuntu
(https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plasma-mobile/+bug/604364).
kubuntu-mobile also has both qmf and qtmobility pulled from Fathi's
great work in Debian. The full blueprint for the Maverick release of
kubuntu-mobile can be found here

If this work helps in some way to unify package layout/design for rpms
on Meego that would be awesome
