The digiKam C++ focus point handler is mostly inspired of the LR LUA plugin
from github.

If you look at this one, Fuji is now supported: 

https://github.com/musselwhizzle/Focus-Points/blob/master/focuspoints.lrplugin/FujifilmDelegates.lua

So we need a port of this LUA code to C++ for this support...
