Yes this should use OPTION() so that it shows up in cmake's various GUIs.

René: IMHO INCLUDE_DBUS_SUPPORT sounds like it's off by default, i.e. someone experiencing a bug might think they need to first enable dbus support... The option isn't to include, but to disable.
