[KDE/Mac] first krita 3.0 pre-alpha app bundle

I'm also getting graphical effects appearing on the canvas when I
toggle the eye symbol for Layer 2 that I have drawn on. I.e. when I
disable it's visibility some of it stays visible. The bits that are
visible are different each time I turn visibility off too. OpenGL bug
?
