[KDE/Mac] Building Guide? ;)

Samuel,

I tried that but it didn't make any difference somehow. Also
interestingly, export
DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH=/Users/jeremy/Qt/5.5.0/5.5/clang_64/lib/ then env
didn't show DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH at all. echo $DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH does
show it though.
