[KDE/Mac] Building Guide? ;)

is the guide I threw together when I got kdesrc-build to build
frameworks and kdeedu in January. I just updated my mini to El Capitan
the other day and used this to get as far as building frameworks so
far. Maybe we should move it to a more prominent place and clean it up
though?
