You mean Qt4/KDE4, right?
The answer is probably "no". There are people like Marko who have Qt4/KDE4 and bits and pieces of Qt5/KF5 in a completely different tree but that's about it. I myself have Qt4/KDE4 and Qt5 installed through MacPorts, after adapting the Qt4 and Qt5 portfiles to install Qt in a way inspired by the way it's done on Linux. Ultimately I think we'll be able to install KDE4 and KF5 next to each other.
In a nutshell: KF5 won't work under OS X until we come up with an appropriate modification to QStandardPaths. The current "stock" values returned break KF5's assumptions about the file system layout (where to find .desktop, .service, or configuration files, icons, themes etc etc).
