Attached is a *rough* patch to get klauncher5 to reply to kdeinit5 and
let it off the hook. I am not sure if I caught ALL the cases where using
USE_KPROCESS_FOR_KIOSLAVES should or should not be disabled.
Also, I have not yet worked out whether klauncher5 *should* be able
to send execution requests to kdeinit5 if use of QProcess is enabled.
The patch re-enables the socket, but sends only a LAUNCHER_OK
message after klauncher5 has started.
