[KDE/Mac] Upgrade to 4.13.3 in Macports

Hi guys,

I’ve eventually inserted the first big chunk of Nicolas’ ports [1] on branch ‘KDE4.13’.

But watch out:

	marble and poxml still can’t be installed without errors here on my system,
	which is why I’ve disabled them in kdeedu4 and kmultimedia4 for now.


This was a huge chunk of stuff and I hope the residual ports will build just as well
on your systems.


Just for the record: I have built this set of 157 ports using these settings 

	-gtk -gtk3 -x11 +no_x11 +quartz

in my variants.conf, since I wanted to avoid all the xorg-dependencies...

	The ports gtk2 and gtk3 got installed, but in their +quartz variant! :-)

Unfortunately quite a few X11 ports got installed anyways:

but I haven’t analysed yet which ports are responsible for all these...


Anyway, I still have to update a few patches here and there. (Please feel free to give
me  hints concerning what I might have missed.)

	A warning here: I haven’t updated anything from the RB yet!!! (Still t.b.d.!)

I also have some patching in my inbox, which I will commit later on.


Just wanted to put this out, as it is an enormous effort which Nicolas put into all of
this up to now and it should be out for testing quickly after all.
