I am only *updating* KDE's bugzillalib.cpp and bugzillalib.h, which are part
of Dr Konqi.  They are in C++ and quite well encapsulated, so could be useful
to you.  The only thing is… they use the XML RPC option in Bugzilla as a web
interface, which might not suit you.
