[KDE/Mac] Issues for Qt5/KF5/KDE/CI system on OSX/MacPorts

Hi guys,

unfortunately I have to *paddle back* a little, since I did some further digging and it turned out
that I had some problem in my build script which reported success even in case of failure. So I
have to make a few corrections:


1) The kdoctools issue still persists, i.e. I still need to do this copying:

$ sudo rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/kf5/kdoctools/ ; sudo cp -Rp /opt/kde/install/darwin/mavericks/clang/kf5-qt5/frameworks/kdoctools/inst/Library/Application\ Support/kf5 /Library/Application\ Support
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------



2) Tiers 1 and 2 build successfully, but tiers 3 and 4 still have some problems:

I haven't investigated - yet - what breaks the above frameworks currently.


Also I did NOT progress regarding the patch for QStandardPaths, because I took quite a few
detours today, but I am not pessimistic up to now that I can fix things...
