Hi Marko,
Where have you been? :-)

Thanks, Marko.

That is what I hope.
Are we going to let Homebrew people have a look? I don't see why not.
With KDE people, I imagine interest will be rather slow at first. They tend
to be much more interested in new developments, such as KF 5, than in
fixing bugs.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=333874 is a classic example, see
comments 5 and 6 especially. Nicolas and I are both patching our
way around the mis-application of the bug fix in the KDE repo for baloo.
Meanwhile, development of baloo, especially in the KF 5 version, is
proceeding at supersonic speed.
Baloo is a great development, but where I come from, which was much
more user-oriented than KDE, bug fixing took priority over development.
However, as soon as anyone sets up a CI environment for KDE on Apple
OS X, osx-patches and the existing patches MacPorts has for KDE will be
suddenly in demand, I predict. Otherwise, the CI will crash all over the
landscape on day one.
Cheers, Ian W.
