[KDE/Mac] Giving up on kdeinit4 and friends

I guess that might be a way to go. The only problem is the huge distance to Ian
(and Nicos).

This sounds good to me.
I think it's a good idea to collect topics and then find those who could deal 
with those questions best and are willing to look beyond Linux.
