[KDE/Mac] Importing debug symbols in crashed KDE apps

I found the following interesting information in the Dr Konqi code:

It reminds me a little of Boudewijn's comment on 1 July about using
Google Breakpad in conjunction with Krita distributions on various
platforms, which makes it possible to carry debug symbols separately
from executables and add them in, if required, when investigating
an actual problem.

P.S.
kde/workspace/plasma-workspace is where the Dr Konqi code
has been parked temporarily during KF 5 development.  There is
still a (frozen) KDE 4 version in kde/kde-runtime.
