[KDE/Mac] How to create debuggable QT/KDE-applications?

I am trying to get KMyMoney4 in a fully debuggable state.
For that I installed kdelibs4 and qt4-mac in their debug versions.
Unfortunately it is not possible to run the applications now in their debug version since the apps suddenly crash although they work as their release version.

What would I have to do to get a debuggable QT installation on Mac OS X 10.6?
